Steven in the Wild offers photographic artwork and related products for purchase. Physical products are generally produced to order by third-party printing and fulfillment providers.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, pricing, and availability. However, minor variations may occur between digital representations and finished physical products.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information or pricing and to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout based on the information provided with your order and applicable tax requirements.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are made to order and require production time before shipment.
Steven in the Wild currently offers free standard shipping within the United States. Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to production, carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because physical products are produced specifically for each order, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are generally not accepted.
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase and therefore may not be cancellable once production has begun.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible missing orders will be handled in accordance with our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy.
Product Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our photographs and print products.
Colors, brightness, contrast, and other characteristics may appear differently across computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other displays. Different print materials and finishes can also affect the appearance, texture, reflectivity, and perceived color of the finished artwork.
Minor differences between the digital representation of a photograph and the finished physical product are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, images, graphics, logos, written content, and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Steven in the Wild and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a photographic print or other physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Purchasing a print grants ownership of that individual physical product only.
Photographs and other copyrighted material from Steven in the Wild may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, republished, commercially used, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from the applicable copyright owner.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of photographs appearing on this website is prohibited.
Personal Use
Unless separate licensing or written permission is provided, products purchased from Steven in the Wild are intended for personal display and enjoyment.
Purchase of a physical print does not grant permission to reproduce the image for commercial products, advertising, publications, websites, social media campaigns, merchandise, or other commercial purposes.
